hey i wouldsay pack makeup in a checked bag if you can but they weren't that strict when I flew to florida last month. put it in a purse if you don't want to follow the rule. and id wear comfy jeans and a tshirt or sweats its a 6 hour flight! I don't believe in heroes, so my protagonist is a normal human being. He is good, but he sometimes is selfish and acts accordingly-he has plenty of flaws as any other person. I don't see the appeal of writing a character that's entirely good in the perfect sense of the word. May be in young adult novels in which there's supposed to be a character that represents the charming prince and a girl who is supposed to be a damsel in distress the idea of "heroes" can be applied, but it's pointless if you want to write a good novel.

No one really knows how to make friends because no one ever sets out to do it. Friendships just happen. Don't work too hard at it. And don't worry about how it will happen. You'll see that someone likes a band or TV show you like. Start up a conversation about it. Ask what their favorite song is. Or maybe you will find someone else sitting alone. Ask if you can sit with them and then you can start to get to know them. You will have to go outside your comfort zone a little bit, but you can do it. It will get easier every time. Those are all pretty good points, but the first blow to soaps was the OJ Trial which lasted forever and which aired all day every day until it was over. I remember this well because I was definitely p/o'd. By the tim the soaps were over, many people had switched over to different shows and never returned to the soaps. Networks love to blame "lack of viewer response" but the fact is they only have themselves to blame because they started the ball rolling - straight downhill.

What are the negative effects of not having an air filter for 6 months and 4,000 miles?

I recently had my oil changed at a national quick lube station. They came out and asked me if I had removed my air filter. I said, the last time I saw it was when they last changed my oil and pulled the air filter as standard practice. They gave me a new filter and said that the filter container area looked clean. Will or could I have a problem in the future because of this? At the least should report it to the customer service area of the chain?

Big birthday coming up?

I turned 20 just 3 days ago. On Thursday (the day after) we had a big party at this entertainment complex with all these playgrounds and pools and stuff. Usually when you create a deck, you stick to a certain amount of elements and a certain race or species of creatures. Since you want to make a white/green dual deck, i suggest you go buy 2 Simic Growth Chambers which are land cards that add 1 green and 1 white mana each turn. (very useful). Also, you should always have a ratio of about one fourth to one third of your cards be lands or manas. So in your case, about 10 plains and 10 forests. You can have less forests and plains if you include the simic growth chambers. You should also keep an about 1 to 1 ration of noncreature spells to creature spells, but it varies depending on what kind of deck. Since you dont really have a set creature type, i would suggest buying more cards, or just putting a bunch of random cards together. If i were you, and I didnt want to spend money, I would start by using the white cards for a cleric deck. First put a Sanctum Guardian and a Oriss, Samite Guardian becuase they have similar effects and can block damage. I would use 2 Daunting Defenders to back up all other clerics, 2 blessed Orators to boost up a little other cards, a Zealous Inquisitor to add a little twist and surprise, and possible one or more of the following : Angelic Blessing, eager Cadet, Noble Templar, Venerable monk, Monk Realist, Glacial Plating, Apothecary Initiate, and other cleric cards or powerful noncreature spells you have. For the green part, go beat, and use your Keeper of the beast. Put about 2 Needleshots, and a Leery Fogbeast to add some power and block flying, and other beasts you seem fit. Since you dont have many choices ininstants or enchantments or whatnot, just put whatever works best and is more powerful.

Please read this. Before I even knew that what my mum did when she was pregnant with me, I always wondered why I was the dumbest in the class. I never understood anything quiet as well as the other students did. Ever since grade 1, actually. I also used to rock back and fourth, and sometimes I still do. It's like whenever music is playing i have to be moving. You see, my mum took heroine, morphine and smoked when i was baby. I'm not sure if there was alcohol involved. I don't want to know! Am I missing something if I don't listen to entire albums and in the correct order of tracks?

If you use iTunes it should preserve the track order for you, so it may not be as bad as you think, but I would definitely say you are missing out. As an artist myself, I know you put songs in the order they are on purpose, and there are some albums I own that I cannot possibly listen to out of order because of a purposeful flow created by the artist. You don't have to always sit their and listen to it that way, I will shuffle a lot of my music, but I would highly recommend listening to it in order, at least the first time you listen to it. There is just a certain magic to it that you cannot describe.

HELP! pregnancy and relationship advice?

I miscarried when I was 19 and afterwards had an extreme urge to have a baby.. I've heard this from a lot of women who have miscarried also. Once you miscarry you feel like somethings missing in your life (your baby) and its pretty much impossible to get rid of. I'm now 22 and my boyfriend is 26, and I'm 18 weeks pregnant and we are both ready to have a child. I believe I'm a little young but my boyfriend is extreamly excited and ready for it. So in my opinion I don't think 26 is too young (its actually the average age to have children in the US). I don't believe anybody is ever truely 100% ready for their first child though. We have to store our medicine in a closet. I use one of those Sterilite 3 drawer storage containers and it sits in the bottom of the closet. I put one of those door knob safety things on it so my son can't get into the closet. He is 2 and so far hasn't got it open, although he hasn't really tried. There is nothing he wants stored in that closet so he has no incentive to try to get in it.

Well i was being the typical me and neglected to read the directions. Well i put my contacts in the clean care solution but i did not put it in the special container i put it in my normal flat contact cases and left it there overnight. while reading through these, i imagined each and every one in a book i have recently read. wow, i didnt know that it was so imperative to start a book in a unique way. i have to say that another really cliche is starting the book with someone calling the main character or them waking up. I submitted two resumes, one to Channel 11 and one to Channel 2. I turned in a cover letter to Channel 11 and an application to Channel 2. Channel 2 called me back Wednesday and asked if I could do an interview Thursday, I told him I could not due to a huge school field trip that would hold back my graduation if I missed it. Switching acne products?

I've suffered from acne too for a few years until recently. Tried to use tons of medication for it etc.. stuff only wasted my money, new ones will always appear so it really isn't worth it. 1995 plymouth voyager oil light?

We just bought a 1995 plymouth voyager and the oil light came on today. We figured maybe it was low when we got it (got it from a dealer not a private owner but no warrenty since it cost under 2000) so we put two containers of oil in it. When we had checked it before we put it in the dipstick said there was enough oil but we wanted to put it in just in case because we just had to junk our old car due to a bad oil leak that blew the head gasket. On the way home from doing that the light came back on. Now the dealer that sold it to us is friends with the family so we know they are good with vehicles. He said when he bought it there was a oil leak and he fixed what was wrong with it (the valve gaskets i think they were) and now its fine. I was just wondering if the oil light on them is for the oil level or the oil pressure since the level is fine in it. Or if it could be a fuse or anything wrong with it. Thank you

last night around 1 am I went downtown in my city in NC, 22 black male I have an 03 Cadillac DTS heavily customized, I was leaving a party n wanted to see who was downtown, as I go downtown a bike cop comes beside me and says something I couldnt tell what he said so I slowed down and he told me to "put the f****** car in park" so I do so and he keeps yelling at me so I tell him to "calm the f*** down," as soon as I say that he says " get the f*** out of the car your going to jail" pulls open my door pulls me out of car throws cuffs on me and they start going thru my car in the middle of down town street toe my car and put me in jail, rights never read never told what charged for or anything until I got to station, where they said I was " resisting arrest, disorderly conduct , disturbing the peace, and intoxicated" when I asked him how was I intoxicated he said you looked intoxicated.. they found a small bottle from party closed in my center console when they searched and tossed around my car.. Honestly only charge I would of understood was open container but they never tested me for alcohol so how am I intoxicated? I also NEVER got an official ticket from them even when my bond was paid and I got home at 7 am.. I mean I know I shouldn't curse at a cop but I did out of I guess confusion and the way he approached me like I was a drug dealer off gate, is there anything in this case which I could fight? the bonds lady told me I cant be charged for intoxication without being tested

i got sick yesterday and its weird because i was having a conversation about how i hadnt gotten sick in aout a year and i guess i jinxed it. :( anyways i started to feel kinda sick late last night and woke up tonight with a sore throat, unable to talk. its weird because usually when you get sick you dont feel like eating, food and water tastes funny, and your smelling is weird so i dont know what this could be because i still eat and it tastes the same. i started to feel worse today it turned into a runny nose, all my bones hurt, headache, and just now im getting a fever. i have started eating soups, esparagus, and other things you would eat when sick. i am also taking vitamin C 500mg 4 times a day as the container advises and was wondering how long should it take for me to feel better since i got plans for friday. :( any vegeterian home remedies i can use to help me feel better? thanks!

Hi I mean have you tried going up to Newcastle to see what its like before you make such a big decision to move there you can take a day trip up there from London King Cross its always best to see what a place is like before you move. How do you un-warp cardboard?

I drive a Honda Civic and in the trunk is a flap about 4 feet by 4 feet that covers the spare tire. A couple weeks ago, I had a container of liquid in my trunk and it leaked onto the flap. I assume the flap, while covered in the same carpeting of the rest of the trunk, is made of cardboard because it has warped and now bends about 10 inches off the bed of the trunk. I am thinking about resoaking the board and placing weights on it to help it reflatten but I'm not sure this will work. Any suggestions???

You need fresh air and ventilation...even if you take the gasoline out of the equation. Not quite sure why you would want to sleep in a trunk instead of a seat... I assume you have a two seater with an enormous trunk. Maybe you should consider buying a delivery van or better still a small camper-van or day van. If you get something in good condition you won't loose a lot on resale when you have finished with it. Sleeping on a proper mattress makes such a difference...and you will need a good nights sleep.

Most of my friends were diagnosed by other people because they were bitchy one day... I wouldn't let them get to me, nor would I care about what people thought.

Can you notice if a person misses one dosage of anti-depression medication?

My friend won't tell me all of the medication they are on, but it seems like they have bipolar disorder even though I don't think they are being medicated for that. The only thing I know for sure is that he takes medicine for depression, I'm not sure what. While a group of friends went away for the weekend, he seemed good until one day he was just being rude for no reason. I'm 15 and this is the for the past year I've been getting acne, - my first time ever. I've tired pretty much everything from aloe and went on Clarins for about a month. Clarins is rather expensive so when I finished up the small container of Lotus Oil (what gets rid of the acne) I didn't want to spend $50 every month. So instead a few months later I decided to buy the 5 piece ProActiv system. I have been using that for a little less than 2 weeks and it seems to be working ... somewhat. I have very soft skin which is sensitive to some products. At first my face would go very red when I used it, but it doesn't go that red anymore. However, my skin is ridiculously dry. It's flaking and peeling everywhere and I am sick of it. I just want clear skin. Do you think that if I stopped using Acne "treating" products, and wore no makeup or anything on my face, the acne will reduce and go away on its own? I did some investigating on Benzoyl Peroxide and some people say it causes premature aging (something which clearly don't want to happen). I'm at the my lowest point right now and miss the skin I had a year ago. I literally don't know what I'm supposed to do.

I have just won a daunting battle with the WINDOWS RECOVERY malware. It was an ordeal for which lasted over four hours. I was on internet banking, when suddenly all these fake error messages popped up. That was easy to discern. However, the scary part was when Windows 7's very own ACTION CENTRE told me to run this malware immediately. Subsequently, I was horrified to see that all my assessment doc files for my four subjects that I take at James Cook University and music and photos files appeared to have been deleted. That's when I quickly complied with the ACTION CENTRE request to run the malware. This malware blocked the antivirus software and even some functions of TASK MANAGER. I later hit on the idea that the files were simply hidden because RECYCLE BIN was empty. That was when I quickly changed all hidden files to visible and copied my university assessment to my usb stick. After that I said sayonara to the malware because I formatted the whole damn computer and restored it to factory settings. THE END. I want revenge. Who's with me?

I also believe the marriage visa would be the most effective. My daughter went to college in England for a couple of years and she could never get (or didn't try hard enough to get) a work visa so she couldn't work there at all. She said the visas are very limited to protect employment opportunities for British citizens which is as it should be.

Will my bala shark be okay?

Hi. I have a bala shark that I've had for about 9 months. Well on Sunday I changed the decor and the gravel in my 56 gallon tank and put all of my fish into a big container. I would rinse some of the gravel and when I put it into the tank I would check the fish to make sure they were okay. When I came back to check on them(maybe 5 minutes or so) my poor bala was on the floor..I freaked out and my husband came and put him back into the water. He sat for a second then swam a bit but mostly just sat at the bottom of the container I'm sure out of shock. Within a day I noticed his eyes becoming white and hazy and his breathing had slowed down. I put melafix into the tank and added some extra salt to calm him and get his protective coating back. We got the hospital tank set up and ready for him and he's been in there swimming around like normal but now he seems to be resting. The poor guy has lost half of his back fins and he can't see which means he can't eat. I feel so bad for him he's already been through so much. He had hemmorogic septicemia and the other fish tore his fins up so bad he couldn't swim..but we fixed him right up and he had never been better. So I'm pretty upset that he has to go though this. Sorry I'm rambling on and on I just don't know what else to do for him...the water perimeters in both tanks are great and my other fish are doing fantastic. But my bala was one of my first fish. Can anyone tell me if he will be able to see again and how long it will take for his tail fins to grow back? If he will ever be able to eat again. Oh and also if there may have been brain damage..he was out of the water for probably about 5 minutes. Why is Fentanyl a schedule II substance (in the USA) While heroine is a Schedule I substance?

I don't agree with drug prohibition but correct me if I'm wrong, Isn't Fentanyl more potent than Heroin? Even if it isn't, aren't they both extremely potent opiates with a strong potential for abuse? Why is heroin a schedule I substance (which means it supposedly has no medicinal value) while fentanyl is a schedule II substance (which means it is supposedly a potent substance with a strong abuse potential but a doctor can legally prescribe it and use it on patients)? It's interesting to note that (crude) cannabis as well as LSD and psilocybin are schedule I substances even though they have noted medicinal potential and are less harmful than many schedule II substances (like cocaine and methamphetamine).

you sound a little like me :) it could be moderate depression but it could also be bipolar. if you find that ur have very frequent mood swings then it sounds more likely to be bipolar especially if your also finding that your becoming very impulsive and hyperactive and have compulsive needs to do stuff now ( my cousin who's really dear to me suffers from bipolar ) but if you feel like drained most days, and tired and constantly crying but have a few days of 'normal-ness' without being so high then its possibly moderate depression x

Well I'm 14 and my brother and his wife are both in their late twenties. Anyway I went to stay round their house for a week because I was being difficult at home and my parents needed a break. When I arrived there my brother and his wife made a list of rules and the main rules was (1) no drugs (2) no smoking (3) no drinking and no adult material. Well, I now have a chest (sadly with some stretch marks, any ideas on getting rid of those would be great to!:D) and it's measurements are: below the breast/band size: approx. 26-27 inches. the fullest part of my chest: 33-33.5 inches and under my arm pits at the top 31 inches. So i used a bra calculator and it gave me a 30C!? Woah woah woah. how could i have bumped up that much so fast?? they don't seem *that* big?? also, i noticed if i change just the band size from 26 in. to 25. it goes back down to 32 A??? so uhm.. what would you say is my size? :( really confused:(

A good starting point would probably be in the mid 80s, around the days of future past story line, or even the Phoenix Saga, although I believe that was in the 70s. Do you have experience with baby red eared sliders in outdoor ponds?

We have 2 baby RES's. About an inch or so long. We have had them for 3 days, and put them in our 500 gal. outdoor pond. They really haven't eaten that much at all. We take them out twice a day to feed them in a rubbermaid container. The only reason we take them out is 1. to see if they are actually eating, and 2. if we just place the food in the water, my goldfish eat it. We offered them commercial turtle food, as well as bits of squash and carrots, and a half dead minnow. We have only seen them take a nip from the commercial food. They weren't even interested in the fish. I'm wondering if we should even continue to take them out or just put the food in the water and hope they are getting something. The reason I wonder this is because I'm wondering if it's stressful for them for us to catch them and remove them from the pond. One of them stays in the water all the time. The other one climbs out on a big rock we have provided for them. I am worried that at least the one is not getting the basking time it needs, and if we should put them in the container with a basking light. Wondering if that might help the eating. I don't know. Scary guy at school...please help!?

Omg, this dude at my school, let's call him bob. Bob was new to our school and he never came. Its unlikely that you have HIV because HIV symptoms do not start that quickly. You wont start getting sick for a few years after the development of HIV into AIDS. The bronchitis im assuming is due to either smoking or having a bad cold which can lead to nasal dripping which can lead to bronchitis. The strep is obvious. You stopped taking the meds and the bacteria became resistant. People that do that have started an epidemic of antibiotic resistant bacteria making the bacteria an EXTREMELY hard thing to treat. In the case of strep, strep is leading the way for all bacteria's in terms of being resistant because so many people get it and dont finish their meds. You probably dont have HIV because it generally will not develop those kinds of symptoms in 2 months. But you should get tested. There are private clinics that test all over the country. The average rate of these clinics is $50 uninsured testing. Google STD testing to find testing facilities in your area. I am not a doctor, i am just telling you what i believe to know, please do not regard my opinion as a professional advice.

The last time I shot up, I decided I have had enough. My life had become unmanagable after several attempts to get clean. The worst part is I'm only 20, and what hurts me and makes me feel guilty is I'm a soldier in the army and I have family who call me a hero. I deploy to Afghanistan in 2 months and I assure you, I'm no hero. I look down on myself and know I'm a failure; I failed myself, my family, my battalion, and my creator. Well fed up with my life tired of letting people down, thinking about my mom and dad saying they are proud, picturing their loving, supporting, so incredibly proud faces(which for the first time, they were proud and I could see it as tears rolled from their eyes as I marched across the field graduation day from basic training). These were theimages and thoughts that finally tore my heart as I felt like a fake, pretend hero, the most in-honorable soldier and son, I decided to shoot up 3 times the amount I have ever done. Instantly I knew I had od'd as I closed my eyes and waited to fall into hell where I had accepted I belonged too. When I passes out, all of the sudden I noticed I was awake but I looked down and saw my body convulse on the floor foaming at the mouth and gurgling bleading out my nose. I thought it was a dream as I watched myself stop breathing and my eyes roll back. I stared at myself for 3 hours and woke up to blood from my nose everywhere and foamy saliva all over my face in the same spot/position/same carpet wrinkled up the same way. I don't know but I believe I died for a few minutes. Why did I get a second chance? Do I deserve it? I just want to know I'm not a waste. I've been clean for 77 days now yet I still feel like a failure because all I think of is my parents finally satisfied so proud with tears in their eyes face not knowing I was a junkie. They know now, but I just need some help, advice, am I worthy of "hero"?

I almost always end up liking shy guys. Which kind is is not good because they end up not saying anything. i won't say anything either because i am not the type of person to approach someone out of the blue, so just hope the guy would just say hello. After the initial hello, i will end up talking to them and continue on with a random conversation. When a girl likes you they usually will smile and laugh a lot when talking with you. So i guess thats the reaction you want. About the indifferent look, a lot of girls do that but they actually like the guy, just afraid to show it. Or she might be just as shy as you are. I really think you should say at least a simple hello to her casually. And then you can add on something like how are you or how was your day. Since your shy you could add this the second week. There is no rush really. Then try and figure out if she likes you. No one on here can actually tell you if she likes you or wants to avoid you because every girl is different with this stuff. Overdraft fees that I simply cannot afford to pay. Simple mistake but what do I do now? Please Help!?

Alright, I've really screwed up here and I really could use some advice on how to go about getting out of this dilemma. I'm a college student and I don't have much money to begin with and I just checked my online banking statement only to see that my checking account balance is somewhere around negative $-1700.00. When I looked at the statement history it turns out that i've been charged overdraft fees on a consistent basis for transactions from paypal. I have a paypal debit card as well as a credit account with paypal and when using the debit card, you have the option of choosing a back up funding source to fund your purchases if there isn't enough money in the paypal account to cover the transaction. I have been thinking for the last two months or so that I chose to use my line of credit with paypal as my backup funding source however it appears that this was not the case and paypal had been using my checking account as the back up funding source for my debit card purchases. This is a problem because i've been aware that I don't have much money in my checking account and that is why I attempted to set the line of credit as the back up funding source but since this change never went through with paypal, everytime I didn't have enough money in my paypal account to cover a purchase, paypal attempted to debit my checking account instead of the credit line that I thought they were using to cover the purchases. Therefore every time I used my paypal debit card for around the last month or so, my bank account would get debited without my knowledge and the meager funds that I did have in the checking account quickly dried up and every time I would make a purchase, my bank account would be overdrawn and I received a $35 fee for each transaction of this sort... there were a lot of these transactions because since I was under the impression that my credit line would be used for my purchases, I would often knowingly use my paypal debit card when I knew that there wasn't enough cash in my paypal account to cover the purchase. I thought nothing of it and there wouldn't have been a problem with this if things had been set up the way I thought they were. The fact is that I have truly been in the dark about this and i've racked up quite a hefty collection of overdraft fees that I have no way of paying. I simply do not have an extra $1700 laying around to give to the bank because of my honest ignorance to the fund sourcing. I need to pay for classes this summer and my financial aid is about to be deposited into my checking account. I get about $3500 in financial aid every quarter, all of which I need to pay for my classes at the university and since i'm in the hole with the bank, If that money gets deposited into my checking account, $1700 of that aid money will be thrown away and lost to the overdraft fees. I am close to finishing my degree and truly cannot afford to pay for school without the full $3500 in financial aid. What should I do to resolve this situation? If you have ever delat with a similar situation or have dealt with the bank concerning overdraft fees, please let me know the best way to go about getting the fees removed. I feel like there has to be a fairly simple solution to this careless mistake, I was honestly unaware of what was going on with my finances and I can't afford to let this go uncorrected. Help with varmint trouble?

ive have been having problems with an animal(s?). whatever it is has killed two of my chickens, my dad found one mangled corpse behind our small chicken coop without the head. what possibly could have done this, and how do i catch it? weve also had problems with something taking the lid off our chicken food container and getting in the food, how should i trap this animal? my uncle caught one young racoon in a pressure plate trap and disposed of it, but that only ended our problems for a little bit.

Well, since your not sure about really any of your clothes, and somtimes you don't even like some of them I suggest you sell the majority of them and then use that money to go and buy new clothes that way you can have ones you are truely sure about and really like/want. Save money before hand though because the money from selling your old clothes wont be that much because they are used (don'y take that the wrong way though please, used clothes just dont sell for much you know how it is...) and then while you save money you can focus of the couple of peices you will keep and what majority you will sell.
