Do you think an ordinary person like me could be a superhero?

I'm normally a stay at home mum but I do my work quite quickly and I get so many hours to kill, I could go out and stop crime until I have to pick my son up from school, I even thought of a logo for my suit with a picture of a hand slapping somebody and my super heroine name will be the Slapper and I can give a slap to all the rude people out there, would it be expensive to make a cave base? you know like a bat cave but a Slapper cave?
