My dad is addicted to meth?

He went from pain killers to heroine to meth All in 7 years he hoards stuff he's rude and hits me he Wont look for or keep any job he doesn't care about me my mom or my sisters he finally left and now hes living in a garage .... This has been happening for 7 years and he finally left I havent seen him in over a month and he finally came home today and he didn't even ask how I was doing he started yelling and me and then he tried to steal stuff and thn he just left he didn't care to see how I was or anything ... He's gonna die I don't know what to do! I'm 19 and broke I'm trying to care for myself but still worried about him
