How do I deal with living with her?

Okay, me and my sister don't get along. She is a total *****,starts fights with me, and won't leave me alone! She's a 23 year old heroine addict who steals, lies, and the most annoying person ever. We didn't grow up long together because she's 9 years older than me, and honestly, we just hate each other. She takes my things, argues with me constantly, and i try to be the bigger person, but she just won't stop! I honestly cannot take it anymore. I'm getting constantly physically and verbally abused everyday, and my parents won't do anything. Every night I find myself crying and a couple times even contemplating suicide and I really don't know what to do. How do I deal with this?
