Trying to find some new books to read?

I'm a big fan of paranormal romances, but I'm running out of good ones. Anymore, they're falling flat for me because of stupid heroines or the book focuses way more on the mushy parts of the romance than the actual story. I like a good balance. One of my favorite series is the Fever series by Karen Marie Moning. I also like Kresley Cole. I also enjoyed the Study series by Maria V. Snyder, the Summer King by O.R. Melling, and Assassins of Tamurin by S.D. Tower. I'm looking for more than just two characters going at it every other page. I want a good story, too. In fact, it would be nice if someone could suggest at least a few books that didn't have graphic details about the heroine's love life...
