Should I eat immediately after a workout or take my cellmass?

Always eat, if you dont eat after you work out, your muscles will take much longer to recover. Its why there are so many recovery drinks for right after a event or a workout, a good way to picture it is if i chop a tree down without replanting it one will never grow back there till someone replants it, same with eating, if you dont eat after you workout, you can never expect good results
