Cute anime recommendations?

I'd like to watch a shoujo anime. I don't like those animes where the main girl is hopelessly in love with the guy right from the start. I prefer the heroine to be a little more oblivious to romance and I like anime thats funny as well. :) It'd be good if you could write the title of the anime and also a description of the plot. (just because it takes so long to look them all up to see if I want to watch them...) Thank you! :)
